Consumer-generated media is also known as citizen media. Nowadays
consumers wishing to purchase a product will inevitably consult relevant
information and experiences in the various consumer-generated media that have
appeared over the last few years, including bulletin boards, online discussion areas,
forums, dedicated discussion sites, and blogs. It is no surprise that online word of
mouth has a big impact on consumers.
This article investigates how online word of mouth may influence textile
product consumers. It is hoped that this article will serve as a decision-making
reference and help the domestic textile industries respond to the changes in buyer
behavior caused by this trend.
