Arne Arens已擔任The North Face品牌在歐非中東(簡稱EMEA)的副總裁兼任總經理，Arens 於2010年加入The North Face品牌，並在歐非中東擔任銷售總監的職位，他接替轉職到Timberland品牌的Timo Schmidt Eisenhart。Timberland是VF集團下的品牌，是另一家主要銷售戶外體育用品的公司。Schmidt Eisenhart將負責Timberland品牌的歐洲區，他跟隨TNF的前輩Patrik Frisk，Patrik Frisk在2011年夏天起擔任Timberland品牌的全球業務總裁兼首長。
