| An ion-exchange membrane is provided, and the fibers of the ion-exchange membrane are obtained by electrospinning. The electrospinning solution contains 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 10 – 100 parts by weight of a modifier, 10 – 100 parts by weight of an ion exchanger, and 100 – 2,500 parts by weight of water.
